## 3. What is an a1.art App?

An a1.art app is a small tool that is publicly available in the a1.art community, designed to allow every user to generate AI images at very low cost and with minimal barriers. Similar to apps in the App Store, only a1.art focuses specifically on image creation.

[On the a1.art homepage,](https://a1.art/app?sortType=popular) what you see are applications that have been created and published by a1.art creators themselves. Each application offers different generative effects to meet the diverse needs of various users.

Once published, every app is available for public use by the community.

## 4. Copyright and Privacy

We recommend using images that are either in the public domain or for which you hold the copyright when creating applications and publishing images. When you publish an image, both the original and the generated images will be made public, so consider copyright and privacy issues carefully. If you prefer not to disclose an image, simply choose not to publish it.

{% hint style="success" %}
When creating an application, you must publish at least one image before the application itself can be published
{% endhint %}

**How to Obtain Copyright-Free Images?**

We recommend using platforms like [Unsplash](https://unsplash.com/) to find images without copyright restrictions. Alternatively, you can use A1 or other AI tools to redraw and generate AI images for use as creation materials.
